So I found the Dark Eldar paint scheme I want to use, I just need help figuring out the colors. Here it is! I'm still working on a name too, but that will come in time:

I'm also debating between yellow or green for the eyes. Any opinions are welcome too!

I figured out most of it, obviously the main color is just black, but I can't figure out if the purple is Lich Purple or something else, and the blue is troublesome.

Arlington TX, but want to be back in Seattle WA

Looks like its based with a mix of chaos black and liche purple, followed by a highlight of liche purple which looks diluted by a lighter color, but I dont know what, and the designs on the shoulders look like may shadow grey with a small amount of some type of blue added (ultramarines blue?).

Obviously, the black is straight chaos black.
The purple looks like liche purple. Mix with white for highlights.
The "blue" actually looks like Space Wolf Grey.

Looks like shining gold on the weapon and mithril silver on the other metallics.

The shoulder designs seem Ultramarines Blueish. I think green eyes would be better than yellow.

The Imperium using advanced technology is like drinking Pepsi out of a Coke bottle.

U Blue is FAR darker than that.

Yup, looks like they used Liche Purple as the base here. The Aztec patterns look like a mix colour to me, sorry. Probably Hawk Turquoise/Space Wolves Grey. The most recent White Dwarf has a great painting tut for the Dark Eldar Kabbalites, and it shouldn't be too hard to substitute colours in for purplish tones. On a personal note, I think green eyes would look great if you're not doing the Aztec markings, else stick to yellow.

Well I was thinking of doing the shoulder pads that blue color and doing the black or purple design too. Im slowly liking the yellow eyes more. I need to just paint them, they're all sitting primed and painted black lol.
