Depends on your definition of good.

I'm afraid that this list just looks like any other web list.

You don't need 4 Hive Guard. In fact, I'm not sure you need Hive Guard at all. Get rid of some and get some Zoanthropes.

The Warriors don't need Toxin Sacs-They're there as a fire support unit. Take the Sacs off.

Get rid of the Genestealers for another brood of Hormagaunts with Toxin Sacs. Or get rid of the Hormagaunts for another brood of Genestealers.

Trygon Prime is good, if a bit expensive. you might want to consider taking a Tyrannofex with Rupture Cannon, Dessicator Larvae and Cluster Spines instead. Maybe.

Take the Devourers off the Carnifex and give him 2x Sything Talons, Adrenal Glands and Bio-Plasma.

Squigsquasher, resident ban magnet, White Knight, and general fethwit.

I'd say it was a total mess. Literally nothing in the list seesm to work well with anything else:

Flyrant is pointless in a non-ninja list as is HC.

Hiveguard are good is walking lists but need to be fielded in larger numbers to be effective.

Hormagaunts presumably outflanking are OK.

Warriors fit with nothing and add nothing.

Stealers without toxin sacs are fail.

1 Trygon will always fail.

Any number of Carnifexes will always fail.

I'd start again from scratch. Think what you want the list to do as a whole and build it to do that. Synergy is key with Nids and don't take units that don't help or fit in with the list as a whole. You need duel threat and redundancy. 1 MC is easy to kill, 2 walking MCs can be targetted in turn and taken out easily. 4-5 walking MCs causes real problems. 2 MCs DSing in at the same time likewise causes real problems (which requires 3-4 MCs to be in reserve to ensure 2 arrive at the same time).
