Garro sets out to find a purpose and Malcador has one for him. He should collect marines from
every Legion for a project of importance "in the future".
So no quick glorious death on the road to vengeance.
His his first 'recrut' is an Ultramarine at Calth ( invaded by Word Bearers at this point ) who is/was a Codicer but moved back to rank and file at order of
Gulliman and the decisions at Nikaea. When the Librarian finally opts to utilize his powers in battle again, his ultramarine-battlebrothers turn their backs on him.
Saving the day and the UM seems to be unacceptable if it leads to defiying a decree.
So Garro has Rubio swear the same oath as he had to Malcador and they leave. The CD ends here....
Good:
- the story
- the narrators voice
Bad:
- the voices. A few ok ones. But too many bad 'speeches' which any 12year old fanboy could do better...
Worst:
- Malcadors voice. He sounds like the witch of "haensel und gretel". Without any other pic or background, I'd say its a old hag if I had only the voice to base my picture of him. These CD's need a proof 'listener' ( forgive me the choice of words, proof-reader seemed clear thus I made a jump to this ).
Overall liked it as much as the other titles.
IMO those things need more content / lentgh.
