Are my codexes up to date?

I am unsure if my ork and vanilla marines codexes are up to date.

this is because there are little errors such as the kff only confers a 5+ cover save according to my ork codex.
There are many errors such as this and as far as i know they are not in the errata/faq.

Have gw printed new corrected codexes or Are mine just wrong????

If it looks like this:

then yours is up to date. GW is notorious for having errors in their texts as apparently they dont hire proofreaders (or should fire the ones they have right now).

Yes, the KFF gives you 5+ cover. Is that a problem?

Yep those are the ones i have i was just confused because ive played games using wrong rules because of my codex being printed wrong.

I only noticed when people i played and people on forums have said these rules and i just didnt understand why mine was different

Ph34r: i have seen on many forum posts that it confers a 4+ cover save, hence my confusion. Its not so much a problem as much but i just dont want to be at a disadvantage in my games

It does not. Vehicles receive a 4+ save due to being "obscured" which is an old 4th edition term.
Units receive a 5+ cover save.

Agreed, you are confusing what it gives to vehicles with what it gives to units out of vehicles.

It's ok though mistakes with rules are common.
