I want to make one or more Juggernaughts to go with my Genestealer/Bloodletter conversions, and maby one for a Khorne Lord. Has anyone ever seen or have a pattern to make one out of plasticard?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Plasticard might not work. The Juggernaut, for all it's mechanical-ness, is pretty organic in shape. You might need to base them off another model. The older juggies are pretty cubic tho, so you may be able to imitate them. Best bet is to get some WHFB Minotaurs and glue plates to them until they look armored enough.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

Realistically its gonna be very time consuming and difficult to build a juggy from scratch IMO.

However if I were going to do it, the first thing I'd start out with is a tube of GS and a paperclip skeleton. Use the GS to build up mass in the general shape, and as you get where you want to be through a slow process of trimming, curing, and adding mass you can then use carefully trimmed GW plastic bitz to pick out some details.

Odds are it may look more "striking" than a GW model, but the detail work isn't going to be anywhere close unless you are VERY good.

I'd poke around on ebay for some juggy models, then just use the files, knife, and some GS to make modifications as you see fit.

Yeah, you both kind of said what I have been thinking...except for building the whole thing out of Green Stuff, that had not gone through my mind...and I don't think it will!

I'm not too worried about it looking blocky though, I don't need it to look just like a GW model, so I will try some experiments...I looked for Juggies on ebay, and none are cheap, and most are "pro-painted", and spendy.

I'll try looking for something similar and build it up from there. Thanks guys! I'll post here if I get any ideas!
