Does the ramshackle rule override the new rulebook FAQ that provides that passengers are killed if their vehicle which moved flat out suffers a wrecked or explodes result?

Yes, since you apply the Ramshackle effect before the vehicle explodes. Also, specific rule>general rule, so the Ork codex in this case overrides the FAQ. Finally, the FAQ technically doesn't alter the rules, but most people, including myself, use it as a good guideline when something unexpected happens.

DooDoo - the FAQ is about dying on YOUR turn, not on the opponents - because you cannot disembark the turn (=player turn) you disembark.

About the only way you can die on your turn is by ramming a vehicle / tank shocking. Best not to do it if you have passengers on board....

But, I am contending that, even if you ram with a truck, you are safe from the ruling because of the ramshackle rule.

How does being told to forceably disembark on one table differ from another?

As above - ramshackle still makes you disembark. If you cannot disembark, you die.

In fact, Ramshackle is even MORE affected by GW's ruling because there is no grey area regarding the 'explodes' result and how passengers are placed instead of disembarked.

In all the Ramshackle results where the Trukk is destroyed passengers must disembark but if this occurs on the same player turn the vehicle moved flat-out then the models onboard are not allowed to do so (and therefore die).
