So in the 5th ed codex for IG it says Commissar Yarrick has a: storm bolter, battle klaw, close combat weapon, and a bolt pistol. I understand he can only shoot with one of the weapons, but how many CC attacks would he get? I am gonna assume 4 because he has a 3 for Attacks in his Stats, then he would get +1 for the Claw. But what about the "close combat weapon" also listed in his wargear, Would he get another attack to bring him to 5?? Thanks

If he chooses to use the close combat weapon and pistol, he can attack at initiative value, and gains +1 attack for having two close combat weapons (not to mention +1 for charging) - so, 5 on the charge. If he chooses to use the Claw, he will only have the +1 for charging, as pistols/close combat weapons don't count for an extra attack - hence, 4 on the charge.

Unfortunately, we can't be really sure.
He has 3 attacks in his profile. You don't get an extra attack per close combat weapon, as you seem to be suggesting... if he only had the claw, he would still only have 3 attacks.
Similarly, having the claw and another close combat weapon (or pistol) still leaves him with 3 attacks, as a model with a powerfist (or similar) only gets the Additional Weapon bonus if the second weapon is also a powerfist.
Where it wanders into sticky territory is when models have more than 2 close combat weapons... as the rules aren't really clear on just how that's supposed to work. They only deal with different combinations of 2 weapons.
SO there's the school of thought that having the claw means that he can never get the bonus attack, as the rules on page 42 state that models equipped with a powerfist never get the bonus unless the second weapon is the same.
There's another school of thought that says that if the model has more than 2 weapons, you would have to choose which two are being used, and so where the 'Fighting with two single handed weapons' section on page 42 refer to being 'equipped' with certain weapons, they're referring to the weapons currently being used, not other weapons the model is carrying... In which case Yarrick could get the bonus attack if he chooses to fight with the close combat weapon and bolt pistol, but not if he uses the claw with either other weapon.

Doesn't Yarrick have to strike with his Klaw though, since it's his only special CCW?

Again, the rules don't cover it.
On the one hand, we have a rule saying that a model with a special CCW and a normal CCW always hits with the SCCW.
On the other hand, we have a model that has a SCCW and two different CCW's... and the rules don't tell us how that's supposed to work.
So either Yes: He has to hit with the Klaw as it is a Special CCW or No: He doesn't as he can choose to use the CCW and pistol instead.
Until GW get around to adding this to the FAQ, you'll need to sort it out with your opponent.

Stepping away from the rules a minute here... How does Yarrick choose to not use the hundred pound battle claw and use another CCW (which btw is NOT on the model).
I think the intended rule is power claw and pistol (as it always has been) and this extra CCW nonsense is a mistake.
Only way I could buy this is if Yarrick chooses to leave the claw in his footlocker and carry a chainsword the whole battle, but you'd have one or the other.

Kinda tricky as Yarricks battle Klaw replaces the arm he lost in Hades on Armageddon
