Great game, I think with another turn you might have finished off his units.

Two quick questions, I saw a horde of gaunts holding an objective I assume on the far end of the table, were they in Synapse?

Also on the Carnifex Brood, how did one model end up with 2 wounds while the other had 1 wound?

Yep that squad of Gaunts was holding the ojbective and now that you mention it I dont believe they were in synapse after everything shifted to my side of the board! Great catch!

Im not really sure about he Carnifex Brood, I think they were configured differently or something. I have the Nid codex but dont know it as well as I should. I will be on the look out for these things in my next game!

I was curious on the IB because the gaunts may very well have had to run off the objective into the nearest terrain piece if they failed the test which would have given you the win!

I think the Carnifex's in a brood need to take the same equipment, this is to prevent wound allocation shenanigans on a model as tough to kill as a Carnifex.

It could have been from dangerous terrain, but sometimes you end up with that sort of thing when people roll wounds by model rather than wound allocation group. If that was the case, then his troops may have been a bit more survivable in shooting than they should have been.
