Im sorry if this is an easy qestion but couldnt find an answer in manual. Im really new to this game and only been playing for about 4 months. I had an orkbattlewagon with deffrolla tank shock my fateweaver, first is it possible to tank or glory? and if i choose to not do that why does the rolla still hit me if i choose to move?

You can Tank Shock a Monstrous Creature. You get hit by the deff rolla because...well the rules say so mainly, think of it blindsiding that giant bird and mangling one of his heads.

You can DoG with Fateweaver, you are Fearless so you automatically pass your morale test. I would recommend against risking a 250+ point model on that gamble though.

Answer to your first question: Yes

Answer to your second question: Because the Death Roller rule says so.

You remembered that Fateweaver has a 3+ with a re-roll invulnerable save, right?

Yes that is correct you can just step out of the way and you will still take d6 hits, that need rolls to wound, and you can attempt to save against each one.

Note that if you attempt a DoG you take 2d6 wounds, and if you do not stop the BW you are dead anyways.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.

Against a Deff Rolla Tank Shock, you take hits no matter what. D6 hits for the Tank Shock, 2D6 if you Death or Glory (Plus whatever model DoGs is instantly killed if it fails).

You can move out of the way of any tank shock, Deff Rolla or no.

no, all death or glory attacks are against front armour. Even then, it's not worth the risk of whiffing the pen roll, or getting a shaken or weapon destroyed result and losing such a vital and expensive model. Besides, d6 wounds against a rerolled 3+ invuln save is laughable. He'd need to do it 3 times before he can reasonably expect to actually wound you. What's usually going to happen, however, is he'll deffrolla you once, do no damage, then get bolt of tzeentch'ed and punched in half by Fateweaver the following turn in his AV10 open-topped rear.
