The simple Fluff for the army is a Farseer and his warlocks were captured and tortured by the Dark Eldar. The Farseer and the Warlocks survived, but their ability to channel the warp had been cut out of them. they eventually escaped and killed their captors. Being to warped to return to their craftworld they set up their own workshop in the bowls of Commorragh and become the Coven of the Black Hand.
