Does Khans Moonfang count as a Relic weapon str 6 two-handed, instant death on a wound 6? Or a power sword str4, one handed, instant death on wound roll of 6?

Yup, the entry says it's a relic... not that it's a relic blade. The latter is a specific type of weapon. The former just means it's old.

Its a power weapon with Killing blow. Now he does have FC so he is Str 5 on the charge.
