grab another box of kans, that's 135 pts down with grotzookas. fill the rest with boyz, and replace the warboss with a big mek with a KFF. after that start to replace the deff dread and bikes with more boyz and perhaps some squads of 5x lootas, until all you're fielding are kanz, big mek, lootas and boyz! i don't have my codex handy so i can't draw up a definitive list, but if you want to start a kan wall and ride it up to 2000 points, then boyz, big meks and lootas can't steer you wrong.
in my 2k kan wall list i field 2 big meks, 9 kanz, 2 deff dreads, 90 boyz, 16 grots, 2 deffkoptas, and a bunch of lootas.

Most common size would be between 1500-2000.
I suggest getting another box of bikes and box of nobz and bashing them together to turn the 3 bikes you have plus 3 more into Nob Bikerz.

Welcome to 40k and welcome to Dakkadakka.
It sounds like you've just started playing, that's great! 40k can be a very rewarding game and Orks can be a really fun, flavorful army. I hope you enjoy it.
You've got a great mix of models and it sounds like you've got some great opportunities to try all sorts of different things. Orks are really cool in that they can, with some work, be tailored to almost any playstyle, which sort of brings me to my point; you've just started and are playing with everything you've been given. Spend some time trying out the different units and seeing how they feel to play with, and for the meantime, buy new models that you think might be interesting to try. Eventually, you'll find yourself leaning towards a theme. You might find that you like playing with a lot of vehicles, or a lot of walker tanks, or with lots of foot soldiers, or with bikes, or with a lot of sneaky outflank and ambush moves.
Remember that no way is better than any other and the only person who can decide how you'll have fun is you. Winning in this game is meaningless if you're not playing an army the reflects who you and what you're all about.
So, keep your mind open, buy what looks cool to you, and start worrying about real army building once you know how you want to play. When you do, your army will practically build itself.

If you want to go the cheap route use the Kan wall that was already suggested. Its a good list and fun to play. Plus you are already half way there.
The problem with frosty's advice is that it get exspesive, if your buying just cause stuff looks cool.
That being said, Boyz, lootas, KFF, Ghazz, and nobz will serve you well in any list you make.
Stay away from, tankbustas, big gunz, flashgitz, and wierdboyz.

For me the strength of orks lies in their base units of boyz. Right now you only have two units that can capture objectives. So if those units get killed or tied up you must table your opponent to win. Regardless of your play style you will need a lot of boys. I would suggest starting there.

Always look for the right deals. The Swap Shop is a great opportunity for getting models cheap, and usually your FLGS usually has a trading forum. Near to me, every four months or so, a store has an auction where I usually get a lot of stuff for really cheap. This isn't a game for poor people or impatient people; figure out how much you have to spend and spend it when you can. Right now, a new player isn't going to know what he wants, so what usually happens is he buys everything, and then over time begins directing towards his playstyle.
More importantly, these models don't really depreciate in value. If I buy 3,000 points of Ork models, and decide that I only want 1,000 points of them, I can sell the 2,000 points pretty easily, or trade them for what I'm looking for.

Tankbustas, Big Gunz, Flash Gitz, and Weirdboyz can all be amazing models if used the right way, and can be a fun units to field for somebody who really appreciates their flavor and mechanics. They're by no means "bad units" and it confuses me to no end why people define them that way. Moreover, this kind of advice can be extremely detrimental to somebody starting the game; you're pigeonholing that player into ignoring those models and units (which most likely happened to you) and these models continue to go unused because somebody ELSE thinks they're bad units.

Not true. There are armies that don't field any Boyz at all, and use Grots or Nobz for their Troops choices. The last army I played fielded on KFF Mek, 45 Lootas, 3 Battlewagons, and two squads of Grots. While it is true that Boyz can be a great starting place for an army, they will not appear in every list and your playstyle might not require you to field that many of them.

Frosty, I decided they were bad units because I read the codex; then my opinion was confirmed after reading the forums. Also models do depreciate right after you buy them. I will not buy a model used for the same price I can get it new. And if they are painted or converted they drop even further. On top of that your are gonna have a harder time getting rid of units that are traditional accepted as bad units. "this hobby isn't for poor people" way to eliminate players with a budget.....sweet.
Finally I don't agree with your advice of just "buy everything" that's not good advice. Unless your the type of person who just loves collecting and painting models for the sake of collecting and painting models, your gonna end up with less money and purchases you regret. Why not steer a new player towards units that you know he will use and that you know can be used in almost every list? That way he will have a playable coherent list as soon as possible...then he can experiment and buy the units that are overlooked.

If your going for Kan Wall you need more boyz, Kans, and at least one KFF. I'm not sure what you mean by goff themed.

By Goff i mean like possibly using ghazghkull thraka. Lots of troops and walkers.. maybe a battlewagon? I plan on scrapping the bikes and adding a big mek with KFF, and 2 units of 20 slugga boys with a nob, and one unit of 20 shoota boys with a nob. and if the battle wagon doesn't work maybe some nobz in mega armor.

i really suggest getting 20+ ork boys with a nob in the unit with a power claw. very VERY strong. or get Thraka with a band of nobs. all wielding power claws.
