What should my Blood Angel look like after his service for the DW? I have a couple DW shoulder pads and I want to make one of my marines a DW marine that made it back to his chapter I just need to know which arm the shoulder pad is supposed to be on and what colors should it be?

In the Deathwatch, the left arm and shoulder are painted silver.
After the Deathwatch, the shoulder pad remains on the left arm and is silver in color, but I don't know if they maintain the silver scheme for the arm.

For my marines, I just prime black and drybrush boltgun with a mithril highlight. Looks good and stands out against the chapter scheme.

Here is the normal DW...

For DW who've returned to their chapter, you can move the DW shoulderpad to the right shoulder and chapter symbol on the left as usual. Paint in chapter colors except for the DW shoulderpad and bolter which should still painted in DW colors.

After their service, marines have two choices: either keep their armor the way it was during the op (lazy marines are lazy) or they can move the shoulder pad to the right shoulder and paint their armor back.
