Dude, I'm not sure where to start... I suspect if you take this to 'ard boyz that you'll be eaten alive. You should search every IG list you can find, and read all of the advice given. Certain things will come up time and again like drop the MOO. He always misses, and drop the sponsons...
You in general have to many upgrades on you CCS's. Not enough in your platoon. They'll be creamed in CC. At this level you need meed more scoring units that can move. Why do you have two squadrons of tanks and then the third heavy slot open? Why are you taking harker; what role do you invision for him? Remember you can only shoot heavy weapons out of a chimera that doesn't move, and a stationary chimera is often a dead one.

Certain things will come up time and again like drop the MOO.
Um... it's ard boyz templates never miss, they might miss their intended targets but that's about it. The leaf blower used them to great extent. The MOO works better the higher up in points you go. sure it scatters alot but it's not "OMG it ended up on the other side of the board" bad but even then it starts to be a viable option at around 2k. Besides that's every model I have +4 tanks.

Drop MOO and bodyguards from CCS - enough points for a chimera for the second CCS.
Stick melta vets in the vendetta. Drop HB team from the other vet squad - chimera will be moving every turn.
Drop sponsons on Russes.
Use points saved to stick GLs, commisar and power weapons on the blob squad. Maybe even add another infantry squad. Put lascannons in a HWS and then give the infantry squad autocannons or missile launchers as they will be shooting at threats to themselves and no necessarily the heavy armour.

I've reworked it a little and heres what I've come up with so far. IF my lizardmen sale goes through I will have all of this and a little extra, it's just over 2k so what would you guys reccomend, bare in mind after all this i'll only have a few bucks left to spend but I can borrow leman russes out the wazoo.
oh and missile launchers are there becuase you can make them SUPER cheap with assault group stuff, and nearly identical to IG missile launchers. Besides their flexible.

if possible, you might want to drop the armored sentinel. yes, i do like them, but, i think 70 pts on a lord commissar would be a better investment. you can place him near your hvy wpn squads, help them stick around. but, you dont have a HQ officer to bark orders, so, he may not be needed. so, maybe here is what i would do.
drop:
yarrick
armored sentinel
260 pts.
HQ: Lascannon, MOO, Cammo Cloaks, 120 pts
Lord Commisar: 70:
Still 70 pts to go. Keep the HQ in cover so you can use the Moo every turn, cammo cloaks to help the cover saves. Maybe some GL to add to the HQ, snipers, whatever you want. or, you can add your sentinel with a lesser weapon.
this way you can bark orders at your hvy wpn squads with a ldrship of 10. just my oppinions.

Agree on dropping Yarrick and armoured sentinel.
Yarrick is too expensive - you can give a lord commissar a power first and stil have about 70 points spare. Drop the single armoured sentinel. You could replace it, together with the points saved on Yarrick, with say 3 scout sentinels.

well I thought yarrick was way too expensive at first too, but he's extremely hard to kill and basically has righteous fury as well. He's a commissar and a priest all rolled into one. And even if you kill him, he just stands back up.

unless yarrick is with a blob squad, or, as i like, squad of 5 ogryns, he will die quick. you will rolla 1 or 2 and he stays dead.
a lord commissar is better. he can stand static by the hvy qpn squads to keep them around. if your opponent gets a instant death hit on one of your rocket launcher teams, they will most likely run away and then they are useless.

it's unlikely, at any rate i have time to test him out before ard boyz and he does go with a large mob, I'd like to get more guys but i'm not sure about the increased combat potential of 20 guardsmen over 30, I could put two regular commissars in there with him though and drop the sentinel, just to make sure the squad will NEVER FLEE.
