Yes, or you can become one.
[spoiler]During Alien in the directors cut, several of the crew are nearly transformed into eggs. I guess it could be used to turn humans into full fledged Xenomorphs using the royal jelly from the Queen or a cocoon. Anyway Alpha's happy to oblige.
