So the relevant people are not named Donald Knapp and Evelyn Knapp, are not ordained ministers, and do not own a Chapel called "The Hitching Post"?

Couer d'Alene is not seeking to shut down the Hitching Post. No claim has been filed against it. The ACLU is not seeking to prosecute it. The owners are not being threatened by jail-time or fines.

The ACLU cannot prosecute any organization, and the fact that Coeur d'Alene is seeking to enforce a law it passed is why this thread exists.
