I'm giving this game a try again. A good amount of players in my game club have dived in, as the scene here is large and supportive. Breaking out my Targs.

Nice! I unfortunately had to move from a place where I had built a community to one where there wasn’t one, so my playing and painting has really dropped off. I did get in a game this month with the new (to me) attachment allowance. I had a great time. Nearly got murdered by some Baratheon Lightbringers, but managed to pull out the W thanks to a couple good Lannister Supremacy rolls.
I didn’t think I would enjoy the extra attachments…but I did. Still the best game system I’ve ever played.

I hope you continue to recruit and entertain new opponents.
our game was off the hook -- my all cavalry Targaryens (with only one NCU) vs. a NCU x 3 start list. It was a brutal battle, but with a bit of coaching from my friend, Targ's landed a win and I'm very much looking forward to playing again. Here's a few pics, we did not take many.

Just got a UPS shipping notification from "Dragon's Den Warehouse". No clue what that is, and haven't ordered anything hobby related from a 3rd party in some time.
A quick google revealed that the "Dragons Den" is CMON, apparently.
"WTF did I buy from CMON?" I say to myself. Then I remember that I went hard into the new ASOIAF skirmish game on Gamefound probably a year or so ago, because I was loving the ASOIAF world at the time*. I had intended to cancel, but dragged ass on it and completely forgot.
Could it be that the product launched?! Whatever it is, it comes tomorrow.
I guess I'll painting a big ass dragon(Drogon, to be exact) soon, if that's truly what's coming. I'll keep you ASOIAF mini game fans posted!
edit:I'm at work, so my investigation abilities are limited to breaks, I'll dig further into this mystery as I get time.
edit 2: * Still do, and the Knight of the Seven Kingdoms trailer that was released a few days ago helped!

Glad to hear it and hopefully that's what it is. Did they update the crowdfunding to say things are going out?

I can't find gak. Last official update on Gamefound was 5/16/2025. All the comments in that specific section are about folks cancelling and no one is talking about the product shipping. This is my one and only crowdfunded thing that I ever pledged to, I have no clue what to do and where to find answers and it seems CMON is not very communicative at the best of times. Apparently this isn't a "best of times" time for CMON.
Unless the shipment is a check with a refund(joking, I never went through the process for a refund), I can't think of what else this shipment can be.
I guess I'll wait til tomorrow, like its Christmas. Not really stressing it.
Shipping is estimated to commence on February 2025.
Ship date for this particular delivery was 10/19.
Weirdness!

Thanks for looking it up. Hopefully things have been slowly moving behind the scenes for those who pledged. I'm only interested in a single figure honestly so I don't keep close track and just check in on the campaign periodically.

Greetings,
I'm afraid it won't be ASoIaF: Tactics. I can't post the link (the price of being a long time lurker), but Google "cmon project status" and it should be the top result.
Note the separate tabs for Crowdfunding and Pre-orders. I think none of the crowdfunding stuff is close; DCeased might be the closest to delivery as it was in the mass production stage before they hit pause. Over on the pre-order side, Marvel United: Witching Hour collected the tariff charges a little while back, so it could be that (except you probably would have remembered paying the tariff...) Dune: Desert War is trying to collect tariff charges right now, but there's a bug preventing us from paying. I believe Dark Providence might actually be ahead of Witching Hour, and I think the Marvel Multiverse RPG thing landed some time back.
Apparently a lot of folks have been getting refunds, and that is making it even harder for CMON to deliver (both due to being a skeleton crew and handling refunds eats into their normal duties, and due to being short on funds). They've just sold Cthulhu: Death May Die to Asmodee, the latest in a sad series of sales as they try to keep going. It's speculated they don't have much else they can part with due to licensing restrictions on most of what they still have. I'm in for 3 of the remaining crowdfunding campaigns, and I'm not asking for any refunds personally. I'm hopeful (there is a way out, even if it'll be slow at best), but not kidding myself - it'll be something of a small miracle if Tactics delivers (I reckon it's the lowest priority of the 3 for CMON - and I might not see either of the others).
Meanwhile, I am looking for deals at my usual online gaming stores for ASoIaF: TMG products still on my wishlist; I sense future reprints are getting increasingly iffy...
Cheers,
R

Well, turns out I ordered something hobby adjacent like a month ago on Amazon , and it wasn’t anything CMON. Weird that the shipping address point of origin was the CMON building.
This has been a good reminder that I should process the refund!
