I have considered starting an Adeptus Arbites army to accompany my imperial taskforce. I was thinking using space marine scout, space marine, and cadian guard bits for the models but I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas.

The Imperium using advanced technology is like drinking Pepsi out of a Coke bottle.

Try a Witch-hunters army unit.

Inquisition stormtroopers can be upgraded to Arbites by swapping the hellguns to shotguns (still keep their two specials and targeters).

So go the scouts route.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

IG vets can also have access to shotguns and carapace (albiet without targeters)

You could purchase a few Arbites Necromunda sets but that'll be a bit expensive I suppose

Urban Mammoth has some pretty slick looking guys too
