My WIP model, which I believe will be the most accurate depiction of Adrian Smith's artwork on any model (regardless of size). I did some research on CMON, and all the models there had less detail and also appeared to be based on larger base models. He is about 35mm tall.

Apologies for the pics, I'm having trouble getting good lighting and focus in the same photos.

I included a life size shot so you can appreciate how hard it is sculpting this tiny.

thats looking pretty awesome if i do say so, its refreshing to see him in a more dynamic pose aswell, all the rest seem to be rather static in comparison. some nice detail going in, keep it up

Just out of curiosity, what is he going to be holding in his hands?

In the big shot, I thought the nose was too big but in the life size it looks great.

Wow, nice sculpt. I did all the detailing and the innovative use of copper wire for the claws on the shoulder pad. I especially like the laurels on his head.

I do have a slight critique though. The brow line looks a bit heavy, but I think you should look at his jawline again. The placement of the cheekbone and ear look good relative to the tip of his nose. But at the moment he has a very weak chin and his mouth and detail below the nose is a bit flat.


Its a really great effort though, I'll definitely be watching this one develop. Keep up the good work!
