I'd rather take hiveguard than Zoeys. I'm not sure the "prime" upgrade on the Trygons is worth the points since synapse is not going to be a problem for you. Their shadow of the warp could of course be useful.

Exactly what do you plan to "onslaught"? Not much shooty stuff in the list, apart from possibly the Trygon primes then. Regeneration is rarely useful. If your opponent cannot focus fire enough to actually kill a targeted tervigon in one turn you are already winning. Adr glands and toxin is important upgrades, considering the number of gaunts you are going to have on table. Catalyst is a rather powerful power for keeping things alive And I think you miscalculated the points.

I would rather do something like:

HQ:
Terv + toxin + adr gl + catalyst = 195p
Terv + toxin + adr gl + catalyst = 195p

Elites:
2x HG = 100p
2x HG = 100p
2x HG = 100p

Troops:
Terv + toxin + adr gl + catalyst = 195p
Terv + toxin + adr gl + catalyst = 195p
Terv + toxin + adr gl + catalyst = 195p
20 Termagants = 100p
20 Termagants = 100p
20 Termagants = 100p

Heavy:
Trygon = 200p
Trygon = 200p

This leaves you 25 points to do as you wish with. You can reduce the termagant groups in size (the corpse emperor knows you will have plenty of them on table anyhow) to afford uppgrading your Trygons to primes. Maybe be a bit crazy and upgrade one of the termagant units to carry devourers. Or swap one unit of hiveguard for venomthropes. They are quite nasty in phalanx armies like this one, especially against wolves/BA/tyranids and other armies that might want to assault you.

My most important advice is as always: Play it and tell us how it works. This is a nasty and potentially expensive list to build since yoy are going to need well over 200 termagants, preferrably nearly 300, painted with different markings in groups of 18 so you can keep all the spawned units apart. Also, scratchbuilding/kitbashing five tervigons is a daunting task.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Oh, and you are practically guaranteed to loose any kill-points game you play unless you are careful with your spawning.

yeah, I've found spawning to be problematic :( is onslaught the FNP one? I might have got it wrong if not :L

I made them primes as a canny opponent can put a unit in its way which it has to attack

Catalyst gives Feel No Pain, Onslaught lets the targeted unit both run and shoot in the shooting phase. Onslaught also have the problem that it is a psychic shooting attack (that automatically hits a friendly target), so it stops your tervigon form running or shooting something else that turn.

Aha, then the Prime upgrade makes sense. Ld8 is not very reliable and the Trygons are probably going to spend a few turns alone on the enemy side of the table...
