I would drop the disc on the lord and put him in the blasted standard unit so hes alot safer as theres not many targets if anyone has cannons.

All the standards you have chosen are good but i would try to put a banner of rage on 1 unit and give them halberds so you then have something above strength 4 in your list.

Im still not sold on chariots they dont get instant killed but i havent seen them be that effective i would rather have 5 naked chaos knights or a bsb to keep your warriors safe, Its nice to see a pure warrior list and i would love to know how it works.

Or - keep the Sorcerer on the disk and save the warrior unit the effects of a miscast.

I agree, keep the level 4 on disc so he can stay mobile and miscast to his heart's content. Though I would give him the charmed shield to avoid that first cannon / thrower / ungor arrow entirely.

While somewhat boring with all those warrior blocks it is certainly brutal and will look impressive on the table. My recommendation though is to drop the 16 warriors entirely and use the points to pick up a BSB and a third chariot. The BSB's rerolls are godlike, particularly for a tizz army that is weathering psych unlike kr0n or the much-maligned slaanesh dudes. Also he can add some punch to what are otherwise a lot of S4 attaks. The chariots I think are good ideas because they provide a flanking counter-punch to help break blocks that are being ground by the warriors, as well as extra oomph (i.e. S5) in a combo-charge with them. AND most importantly, they give you an extra swiftstride pursuit roll when the warriors break stuff - it sucks the big one to fail to catch stuff and get 0 VP for your efforts, and a little 3D6-drop-the-lowest goes a long way for helping out fighty infantry.

I like what Boss Salvage said about the battle standard, the rerolls can be game-changing. The warrior blocks look like a solid army, I guess you could diversify and give a unit halberds or even great weapons (the one with the blasted standard preferably), but thats really up to you. Str 4 is nothing to sneeze at, nor are the 5+ ward saves in combat on top of an already massive armor save. I'll have to agree, its hard to beat that.

Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee.

You should have a BSB. I would just say this list to me seems very boring. There is no diversity at all. Unless you want to switch up marks everything you need to do has been said.

The miscast table is very forgiving in my opinion and put him in the far corner of the unit and in most cases the units fine, anyone with a cannon is going to pop your lord 1st turn.

I myself would feel pretty ok with a charm shield & 3+ ward to protect him from just such an occurrence ...

Speaking of war machines, have you thought about taking a hero on disc instead of a couple chariots? Serves much the same purpose, less the impacts, but can also wreck war machines turn 2, which could be really good for your big slow army of marching dudes.
