Just a couple of questions specifically thinking when going against the new Nid codex.

1. Can an elite Inquisitor raise his leadership to 10 via getting 2 Heirophants?
2. I know that units that come in off of Drop Pods are able to be shot if within the 4d6 of the Mystics, but can the Mawloc be shot as well?
3. Can Mystics nominate a unit inside a vehicle to shoot at the newly arrived unit?

1. Yes, believe it states can't go above 10 and as he's ld 8
2. IIRC the mawloc arrives by deepstrike so yes
3. I would have to say no, as with GW's recent faq's rulings etc. unless the mystics were in the same transport

3. Yes, as the unit is within the radius as you can measure to the vehicle - something like page 63, transport vehicles, tells you this.

2. Mawlocs arrive via deepsrtike, so yes, HOWEVER their blast marker ability goes off *before* you place the Mawloc, meaning you have nothing to shoot at until after this is resolved. If this kills the mystics then it gets tricky
