Yes you can, there is no real size restrictions for vehicles, Orks or figure bases. So a current trukk model is just as legal as the tiny Gorkamorka era ones. In-fact the current ork wartrakk and buggy were originally Gorkamorka releases.

Gorkamorka figures used smaller bases but you can use the standard 40k ones as well, they were always better for metal models anyway.

As for templates and dice they were just your standard 40k ones IRC

Not only are you allowed to use current Ork figs, I would highly recommend it. The old models were pretty bad, or at least they are compared to the current Ork range.

As for dice and templates, I couldn't tell you off hand and I don't have my copy of GorkaMorka with me, but I'm sure someone else around here can tell you.

You can never beat your first time. The second generation is shinier, stronger, faster and superior in every regard save one, and it's an unfair criticism to level, but it simply can't be as original. - Andy Chambers, on the evolution of Games Workshop games

Some 40K templates are fine. The 5th edition flamer template is the same size as the scorcher template, for example.

The templates/turny-gubbinz can be found online though. I don't know if the current boxes of dice available from GW include a sustained fire dice, but they can be simulated using a standard D6.
The only template I can think of that might cause you problems is the Pulsa template from Digganob, but it's hardly essential.
