The trick here should be obvious...

Khador 35pts
pSorcha
Behemoth
2 Destroyers
Decimator

Thoughts? Been trying to find a way to make the Decimator worth taking.

Yea, i like the mass AoE that all hits on her feat turn.
I might switch out the decimator for a blob of winter guard, or a couple mortar teams if you want more AoE.

Let me know how it goes, I've tried sorscha like that a few times... but i'm used to a caster that can take a hit (butcher, karchev, vlad) so she normally gets smooshed

Decimator is meh with pSorscha because of the range.

Try this:
Sorscha
Behemoth
Destroyer
War Dog
Widows
Widowmaker marksman
Kell
Reinholdt
Mortar
Koldun Lord

Sorscha can give three to BeMo (1 cortex, 2 sub-cortex), get reloaded by reinholdt, freeze the enemy caster from up to 24" out and shoot them twice with the hand cannon (one boosted), then BeMo has a 21" threat range with the bombards after a charge (War Dog is handy since the enemy will be so far away), then there's the mortar, the Destroyer (with 1 focus from Koldun Lord) if necessary, and the widows and kell to mop up.

Best case: their caster takes two POW 12s, one boosted, three boosted POW 14s, a POW 16, and up to six damage from snipers after they get frozen. Should be enough to wax anyone out there. Decimator is neat, and he's won me games with pSorscha, but there's more optimal choices.

if your spamming out the AOEs with sorscha i feel the best bet at 35 includes:

Kommander Sorscha
Behemoth
Destroyer
Destroyer
Winter Guard Mortar Crew (Leader and Grunt)
Winter Guard Mortar Crew (Leader and Grunt)
Eiryss, Angel of Retribution

one focus on each destroyer, 2 on Big B, eiryss drops any focus on opponent caster, sorscha moves/wind rushes into position, pops feat, and with a lil luck your dishing out four boosted POW 14s and 2 POW 16s on the enemy caster. a dated trick, but one that will catch people off guard if done right. but after your opponent sees this list he is gonna catch on pretty quickly. personally i would drop big B for beast 09 and a koldun lord of one of the destroyers, freeing up some focus on sorscha and adding a solid melee jack for those OH #$@^ moments.

If you're going to field a pair of mortars, it's often worth it to throw on Kovnik Joe, possibly instead of Eiryss. Converts a mortar from inaccurate shell-lobbers into reliable 'jack killers.
