Guessing by the sig, he's using Ambush Alley--great set of rules, by the way.

I playtest F-on-F and Ambush Alley as I work for AAG!

These are one of the feature armies for the A'stan book due out next year from Osprey.

Is the chap with the Bullhorn a conversion? Am I correct in assuming that he functions as some sort of officer that incites the rest of the army for the jihad?

No, standard figure from Kellys Heroes... He is a 'target' for a scenario I want to do where Aussie SAS have to kidnap a local Mullah...
