Can two seperate squads ride in the same transport if the transport is not dedicated, and the transport capacity is not exeded?

Eg: could 2x 5 man squads of burna boys ride in the same looted wagon?

No.

Note the transport rules allow for one unit to embark, plus any ics (who form one unit still)

The only exceptions are Stormravens and Superheavies, because their rules say so.

This
