On moon miranda.

As has been stated, the Imperial Armor Siege of Vraks trilogy and updated PDF that was linked by Cadian152 has rules for a Krieg Siege regiment, but Krieg does field all types of regiments aside from drop troops, so it's perfectly fine to make whatever build you want with them using the normal IG codex as long as you stay away from Valks/Vendettas if you want to keep it super fluffy. That said, the Siege Regiment list is pretty cool, not as capable as the IG codex, but isn't bad although rather one dimensional.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

They have a LOT of artillery and heavy weapons options that form a pretty strong static infantry force - I think in a 2K list you can have something like 8 heavy mortars/thud guns coupled with 12 lascannon in a heavy weapon platoon and 9 autocannon in an infantry platoon that can be then supplemented by some engineers in mole machines to strike directly into the enemy back field. That's a lot of dakka... Their foot sloggers are kinda expensive otherwise as they are slanted towards melee, yet not all that good at it.

...and they have the coolest looking commissars...

you do have to remember, we don't get Chimeras.

Also, we lose things like Basilisks, storm troopers special ops, veterans, valkyries, hydras....

Yeah, we pretty much stink when it comes to competitive builds.

Yeah, I noticed that. 11 AV transport...tsktsk. It does look fun though.

You can use the normal guard codex though.

I do like the hades breaching drill with 10 engineers carrying a demo charge and gas grenades - esp if it surfaces underneath something big and juicey! The gas grenades are fantastic against most non-meq - give the dark eldar a bit of a surprise that's for sure when guardsmen come out and get the first swing (and hopefully not a miss!). That combo is kinda nicer in this sort of list than the veteran squads with the rest of the army sitting back and dropping loads of shells and lascannon beams on the weak and unwary.

...of course a nice big list at 2K points costs over $1600 at today's exchange rates...

Elysians were updated in IA8 so they haven't been published as a PDF.
