Ok, so I play the Manticore as firing as barrage when shooting normally, using Multiple Barrage Rules (Benefiting from subtracting BS from scatter) and I had a question. If I was shooting the Manticore normally, since I'm using multiple barrrage, would I hit side armor, as barrage does normally?

Why would you fire it direct? Remember you only - the Ballistic Skill if you can see your target.

Is there any chance of a clearer question?

Barrage hits side armor disallows cover saves from intervening models.

Direct Fire is something the basilisk does, 36-XX barrage

The Manticore always fires barrage, no matter what.

You follow standard rules for multiple barrage.

So, a blast with the hole on top of a vehicle always hits side armor. A blast with the hole off the vehicle hits the armor facing the center of the blast.

Manticore follows the rules of barrage if you fire it as a barrage weapon.
If you fire it using direct fire, you treat it lika a normal tank ordnance weapon (not barrage). Then you ignore minimal range and you can fire after combat speed, but resolve every hit indyvidually, and against AV you face.

Firstly, the manticore is not limited to only firing barrage. All barrage weapons have the option of firing direct unless noted otherwise in their rules.
Secondly, the rules for multiple barrages are for multiple weapons firing from the same unit so, RAW, the multiple barrage rules do not apply to the manticore.
