I'll come up with a better name eventually.

I had a thread in general painting showing my colour scheme, but as I now have a decent camera and some interesting things on the way, as well as a core of an army to paint, I figured I'd start a blog. The only pictures for now are showing my general colour scheme still, but they're clearer shots.

Anyway, what I have right now:

1 Tyranid Prime - unbuilt
5 Tyranid Warriors - 3 painted, though the green 'hose' on the deathspitter arm was a test and will now be Warlock Purple on future models. 2 unbuilt.
12 Hormagaunts - nearly painted.
12 Termagants - built, unpainted.
10 Gargoyles - built, unpainted.
1 Carnifex - built, drilled for magnetizing, unpainted.

I have a Heirophant on its way for Christmas as well as some warrior wings and a winged Hive Tyrant, which should have arrived if it weren't for bad weather in the UK. I'll be adding another Carnifex, 4 Troll Forged alien brains for Zoanthropes, more Hormagaunts, Termagants, Gargoyles and Warriors (for Shrikes) during this log as I paint things. In the end I'll have around 1500pts and a Heirophant, then I'll expand the army as I feel.
