So a while back I purchased the Black Scorpion Limited run of their Resin Lord Nelson. I ended up with the third cast of the model as the first went for over 20 pounds as I recall. Anyways I have finally decided it is high time to paint him so I thought I would post the usuall WIP pics on here, my blog and other places. As such I hope you all enjoy and he is no where near completed as he only has 4 hours in on him and manymore to go. I am extimating between 30-40 hours as their is not a ton of detail to him(he is a historical figure and all). Also for the base I intend to use a wooden plank base to represnt a ship deck(highly fitting) and I intend to look for a ship steering wheel rutter as Iwould like that on it as well. If anyone knows where I can find one that fits with a 30mm model please let me know. Well with that here's the pics and C&C is welcome always:

Well you all on dakka get to watch me work on him so with that until next time.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

So I have done more work on him, but saddly I wasn't really paying attention when I worked on the face, and well suffice to say he will have to have some facial work done.

Also I thought for kicks I would show you a pic of a librarian I intend to do for my pre-heresy army of empchildren.

Thanks sphynx, suprisingly he is giving me good compliments on coolmini, and has honestly gotten me the most responces.
