Just a couple of ideas. 1. you've already paid for your captain, but he's got no add ons? what's the point? might as well give him terminator armor and have him roll with the terms adding more attacks + better ws etc. Also, powersword? Looks like you're playing against enemies with armor saves of 5+ or worse... I think it could be better spent. Orrrr he can roll with your assault squad with a jetpack. 2. Take the flamer instead of stormbolter on the dreadnought, far more handy, especially against ig and ork. 3. It might be better to roll the assault squad with all thunderhammers / stormshields, I find 5 assault guys cant really put the hurt on, and then it would give them the ability to attack tanks hard. ( which is something you're lacking) 4. What's your intention on the scouts? To pin? I've found heavy bolters on scouts to be pretty worth it, but I can see the missle being alright too. 5. Drop the techmarine / thunderfire and add a rhino for your 10 man tactical and use the rest of those points for more assault guys or that terminator armor for your captain.
