I've been trying to find this Mordheim mod to play 40k in skirmish scale and experience system, but haven't found anything. It seems that the game's homesite has been down for a while. Any way to get this cool game's rulebook?

I've never heard of that.

If you're looking for a Mordheim "modification" why don't you look at Necromunda?

Death Squads is where Necromunda, GorkaMorka and Space Hulk left off.

We still have a few more squads to get done but we have the IG (and variations of them), Orks, Eldar, Chaos Cultists, Chaos Renedades. The Kroot are being worked on and in the future we have Space Marine Scouts, Genestealer cults, Nids, Dark Eldar and etc.

Check out the rules, and check out the campaign and painting and modeling sections as there is some great info there for ideas and converting.

Then view the first page and first post and there are two download sites.

There are plenty of cool battle reports, painting and modeling going on to draw some interest.

We don't plan on making a direct link at this time. Maybe some day down the road.
