Alright, their are a quite a few changes I would make here, but the structure of the list itself is not bad at all. I have been playing
BT's for about 5 years now so this is my two cents on your list.

First thing I would change is the Vow you gave your emperors champ. "Accept any challenge no matter what the odds" is by far the very best vow their is. It doesn't specifically say what it does in the codex but the "Preferred Enemy" rule allows you to re-roll failed rolls to hit in close combat. Making all your units (except Neophytes) very superior in close combat compared to regular marines.

-Furious Charge Veteran Skill
+ Land Raider @ 255pts
-Extra Armor
Nice choice, Assault Termies in a land raider are always a good decision. The only problem is it is not a Land Raider Crusader. Its soo much superior for the messily 15 points especially if your going to give it extra armor anyway. Also I believe that the only option they can take as a dedicated transport is specifically the
LRC.
Not to mention if you took the Vow I suggested, Lightning claws would be re-rolling failed rolls to hit, and re-rolling failed rolls to wound. Probably the best combo
BT's have to offer.

I'm not sure what you plan to do with this Dread, having a lascannon and
CC arm just puts him halfway between his uses. Their are three ways I would ever use a Dreadnought in a list this size and those would be:
A- Twin-Linked Lascannon, Missle Launcher.
B- Vanilla, Drop pod.
C- Multi-Melta Drop pod.
Either pure fire support, Infantry Killer to get close and personal, or a Tank killer to get close Blast tanks and smash them with his arm. In your list. I would suggest B or C. (Venerable is always a decent option if you're looking to fill in a final 20 points to your list)

Personally I don't use sword Brethren. They are like glorified troops but they lack numbers and cant capture objectives like troops can. I think more troops or a Marshal would be a better investment for points, he gives everyone Ld10 while he is alive.

I really like the way you setup these squads,
PF / Melta is the best combo for
BT's for sure. Their is just a little bit of a change I would make. Neophytes are good for 2 things, first they are good in big blobs as cannon fodder and extra numbers to overwhelm. Second they are good as Initiate-substitutes in smaller games where you're tight on points. This is neither case so I would drop the Neophytes.
However most Importantly, you need to make one of these squads only 9 models total so your Emperors Champion has a seat to ride in. The Emperors Champion (or a Marshal) doesn't do himself any good alone, in fact hes just an easy target for shooting at and would get himself overwhelmed in close combat if he ever got there. I can't stress it enough that he always should be with some troops. 9x Initiates, 1 with
PF and the Emperors Champ swingin his Black Sword with everyone re-rolling failed hits. That's a potent little
CC squad.

Love it, this is a great tank hunting squad that can lay down the pain on infantry if they feel the need. Very effective.
