Anyone have any opinion on what manufacturer or a name of a white that covers the best? (less applications to get white) =)

The best way to get a good white colour is to build it up from light grey, paying attention to highlighting as you go - it's easier to highlight to white, than shade from white.

This said, if you absolutely need a very opaque white (eg for fineline freehanding) then Vallejo Model Color do a 'Foundation White' which is excellent, but very thick.
