This scenery was made to closely resemble the client's already existing bases and so recreates a blasted wasteland with sparse vegetation and ruined buildings. This table top was composed of The Realm of Battle Gameboard, the Imperial Sector box, the Battlescape, 2 Woods, and the resin Barricades set. The painting was completed in just a few days with the help of an airbrush so the terrain can quickly be put to good use.

Thanks for checking it out!

I wish I had something more profound to say than just "wow, that's fantastic!" but I'm so awestruck that I'm just sitting here slack-jawed staring at the pieces.

Amazing work.

The paintwork is nice. Love the rusty tones, etc,

the only thing I'm not sold on is the flocking: it looks sort of like a rush job and is too sparse and too thick/"blobby" imho.

Really, really nice for a speed job. Looks excellent.

As a brief aside, when I'm arranging buildings/ruins on a game table for play or display, what I think looks even nicer is to align them with one another, but deliberately canted at an angle to the table edges. This visually implies that the table boundaries are just an arbitrary slice of a larger world, as opposed to a "hard" boundary like walls. Having the pieces line up at neat 90 degree angles and/or parallel to the table edges always looks kind of unnatural and artificial to me.
