and usually can jump away from enemy cc units.
he is supposed to be against tanks and HQ's and some TEQ

Bodyguards can be demoted to Elites and you'll save points, for pretty much the same suit. I'd make each its own unit.

Try to find points to field the Railgun instead of IonCan.

The list is okay.

I'm impressed with how much you were able to fit into 1,000 points. Nicely done! I do have a few suggestions:

HQ:
I would give him Targeting Array instead of the Stim Injectors, or did you mean Ejection System? Either way I'd recommend Targeting Array over it, the Shield Drones will provide you with about as adequate a defense as you can get.

I would drop the bodyguards down to regular Crisis Suits and just give them Plasma Rifles, Missile Pods, and Multi-Trackers. This saves you points and if you want to keep the squad together you can just have the HQ join them. If you want to split your fire while they're together, you could give the HQ a HW Target Lock, but I wouldn't split it up any more than that. You want your fire power concentrated to better eliminate enemy units.

Troops:
Looks good to me. The only suggestion I have is upgrading the Devilfish to Warfish (SMS, Targeting Array, Multi-Tracker, Disruption Pod), but it's hard at this point value.

Fast Attack:
I took a squad of Pathfinders in my 1250 list and they dropped 1 marker light before getting wiped. I think they're awesome at higher point values, but at such a low point value I think you could spend your points elsewhere. Maybe more FWs, Crisis Suits, or upgrading your Devilfish. If they work for you, though, they're an awesome unit and can really help out.

Heavy:
The Broadsides have to be upgraded to a Team Leader in order to take the HWDC. I would keep it that way, and add the Advanced Stabilization System for your battlesuit support system (they have to take 1 anyway). I would also add a Multi-Tracker on the HH so you can move a full 12 inches and still fire your Ion Cannon.

I noticed you have 8 points extra. If you're looking to spend them, HW Blacksun Filters aren't a bad option.

Hope that was helpful! If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I'll help as much as I can, hahaha.
