That there is David Ellis's Chapter Mark. There only upside down for the Dark Angels.
His chapter is the Rising Dawn or something like that...
I think it looks really nice

I was the Marine player here. If those Terminators had landed where they had intended to (near my objective) they would have caused me serious problems.

As Ross said they're a created chapter, called the Dead Suns. I wanted to have access to off the shelf icons and FW parts as my freehand painting isn't great, so taking an existing icon and altering the orientation was the route I went.
