Your this big huge Gladiator Champion, and you have a spell called Rabid Fangirls. 120 Feet, Paralyze for one second, Frenzy for sixty seconds, Females only. Walk into a town, and BOOM! mass hysteria!
Or maybe, for the more subtle approach, your female Dark Elf assassin has Black Widow's Kiss; Health Drain 5 for twenty seconds on Males, Touch Spell.
I think gender based spells would be annoying.

No Netch leather, boiled netch leather, Ordinator, cloth, bracers vs. gauntlets, silver, Duke's Guard silver, Bonemold! dreaugh, Troll Bone, Bear and Wolf furs, Adamantine, or any of that extra, fancy armour that you'd wear just because it looked cool, even if you had better stuff!
I just want:
Light Armour = Cloth, leather, hide
Heavy Armour = Chain, scale, plate
And variations of those basics (like steel plate, Nordic hide, etc). Also I want to see Dwarves.

I hope you can have romantic relationships with NPC's, in this one. I'm annoyed that the the only ranged weapons mentioned at this moment are bows, it would nice for ranged non-magic characters to have other options like crossbows, spears, throwing axes, etc.

Yes, Fable isn't great at what it does as far as I'm concerned but apparently it's good enough for its real target demographic (a lot more women, for example, in the Fable fanbase). One of those things that Fable (in)famously does, which BioWare also seems committed to, is PC-NPC romance. This was not a part of Morrowind or Oblivion (or Fallout 3) and I, for one, found that refreshing. If you want that sort of thing, Fable and Mass Effect and Dragon Age all exist -- no one is stopping you from playing those games.
My prediction is that PC-NPC relationships in Skyrim will be come off as cold and emotionless, like your interactions with most TES NPCs in the past (in contrast to your interaction with the larger world itself, which was paradoxically much more intimate). This will in turn be panned by the Fable/ME/Dragon Age lovers as an example of how stilted and awkward TES is compared to their favorite games. And they'll probably have a point.
So I think it is legitimate to be a little concerned about the incorpration of this into a game. Some people think that "more is better": sure throw this and this and this into the game; the more "choices" you have, the more "immersive" the game will be. Well, my friends, never forget that immersiion is (1) a kind of illusion and (2) not the opposite of being focused and coherent.
I don't just seems a little hard to believe that a heroic adventure wouldn't win the hearts of a few women. Plus, relationships adds a sense of realism to the game.

Though it is likely that the PC version will be the same on everything but the highest spec PCs.
The 360 can't handle certain aspects of gaming graphics, in fact if you look at games like Fight Night Round 3 the boxer's tattoo will get blurry when it moves compared to the PS3 version where it stays as crisp lines. Also, for games like Halo, they look really nice but the game pixelates enemies if they're farther away in order for the game to run properly. As a system the 360 lacks certain processing power for those graphics, in fact a lot of people say that sports games look better on the PS3 compared to the 360, although the PC probably has even better graphics.
That's because you can update PC's unlike consoles (not saying one is better than the other I like them both).

Also, crafting is in BIG TIME. You can make all types of armor and weapon now. Items like hides can be turned into leather at a tannery. Ore can be smelted into ingots etc. etc.
For an Iron helm for instance, you need 3 iron ingots and 5 leather scraps(or is it straps?) Stuff like that. Smithing perks give you acces to new materials (steel to dragon) and one perk lets you upgrade magic items.
You can sharpen weapons on grindstones, and hammer armors into better shape on workbenches to increase armor rating.

Crime system so far is better, if you have high rep with a town they will even ignore small offenses. Just don't kill chickens in front of people.
Leveling works kind of the same as in, you lvl up skills to gain a level. But instead of stats you just choose between increasing: magicka, health or stamina(which also adds max weight. And you get 1 perk per level. Consult your wiki for all the perks
K thanks, that's all I can think of at the moment.

I did appreciate that there was a skill for it in the Heavy tree, but in all honest that skill should have gone as a off shoot of the single handed dual wield tree so that it could work with both light and heavy armor.
Also I think a type of magic where you could transform into wild animals would have been cool, basically druids.

That would be pretty sweet to. I love Elder Scrolls, but I dare saw Bethesda isn't as adventurous as they used to be. There's a lot of amazingly awesome stuff they could do in Skyrim, but they'll never be able to do everything they could do.
Maybe someone will make a mod.
I wouldn't call adding common fantasy archetypes that adventurous (monk and druids) this is the kind of thing you would expect in a company that likes reward the player with loads of options.

I couldn't agree with you more, but unarmed was in there previous games why get rid of it in Skyrim? Also you can sort of create Bards in Skyrim just specialize in a lot of speech skills and be a jack of all trades,
although I don't think you can use instruments. Mind you I've only borrowed it from my friend for a few days and will have to wait till Christmas to play it again (got it for my brother).

I still haven't made a character that feels "right" to me. But that's how I am with every Bethesda game. I'll play a a character for 10-20 hours and then get the urge to make a new one. This happens 3-5 times before I settle down into "my" character. Anyone else like this? If so, any tips for getting there more quickly?
I agree with Anvildude as well, when I play Skyrim I try to role play my hero like a D&D character. I've recreated my guy like five times to now because I have a certain image in my head on how I want my

Maybe. It just seems that after being disappointed that Oblivion wasn't Morrowind v2.0, a lot of those fans are accepting Skyrim on it's own terms, more or less.
I mean, at first I just thought the reason I and so many others were underwhelmed by Oblivion was because it wasn't that good. Small, underwhelming towns, horrible levelling system, poor and really restricted voice acting and all that. But now it seems like loads of players aren't thinking like that, they remember Oblivion fondly and are a little underwhelmed by Skyrim.
I noticed some of those folk played Oblivion as their first Elder Scrolls game, which led me to my little pet theory.
Oblivion was my first Elder Scrolls game, and I feel Skyrim is quite an improvement.
