I'm making up a space combat game with rules for scratchbuilding your own ship and adding on standardized weapons and equipment that is all magnetized, allowing for a wide variety of spacecraft. The ruleset needs a lot of work, but I have been constructing some models to test out the rules. I have one larger dreadnaught ship that needs some more detail work, a smaller missile boat that is finished, and another medium size ship on the way. They are all mostly cardboard and a few found objects. I made up all my own patterns on some graph paper.
