it was a gamesday model a few years back during the big chaos fantasy push (can't remember the official title of the campaign). it pops up in trade threads occasionally and usually the asking price is $25-$30 USD.
Definatly Ebay or someone who collects limited edition models., it is a limited edition model produced for a Games day. Got mine for £30 (pricey) But it is a fantastic sculpt!
