Painting Within the Lines

Charlotte, NC

As some of you may know, I operate a small mini painting business out of Charlotte, NC, and have recently gotten a bug up my butt to build a Warlord Titan as a kind of Flagship project. It is currently in the design phase, and I will soon be posting pics of the schematics I've drawn so far. My thought is to build a PVC skeleton, and flesh out the armor and details around it.
My first question to put to the forum is- All of you who have built bigger models out of Foamcore/ etc., or have done a titan... Any initial advice?
