How difficult is is to convert the AOBR dreadnought's stormbolter to a heavy flamers? Is it all one piece, or is the stormbolter removable and replaceable with the heavy flamer?

The entire arm is a one-piece cast, except the forearm which comes in two pieces to allow for inner detail. The Stormbolter isnt removable though. Shouldnt be that hard, just shave it off and glue on another one.
