Would a pair of Master crafted lightning claws allow two rerolls or just one?

Yes, but that isnt what I ment.
Lets say I have a pair of Master Crafted LCs and miss with 2 attacks, would I then get to re-roll both misses or only one?

No, as you only USE one weapon in Close Combat (see page 42) - the other is there for the extra attack, for example.

So 1 reroll only.

Let's discuss further - Vulkan He'Stan has Digital Weapons along with a master-crafted power weapon. He gets to re-roll up to two misses each round of combat, correct?

Digital weapons allow a re-roll to wound.

Tetris - as above. One is a reroll to hit, one is a reroll to wound.

I know it's been answered, but as an FYI they covered this in the Space Marine FAQ:

Q. Shrike has ‘a pair of master-crafted lightning
claws’. Does he get two re-rolls for these, or just
the one?
A. Just one.
