ok Im a bit new to 40k & SW's & wanted to know if I can have the same Saga on 2 IC's?

The way LotP is written, It implies that as long as its not the same combination of wargear it can be done like Rune Priests powers.

Example

x1 R.Priest w/ m.bombs, cots, l.lightning, m.hurricane
x1 R.Priest w/ m.bombs, l.lightning, jotww
x1 R.Priest w/ m.hurricane, jotww

Based on the above combination, Does it mean that I can have this:

x1 W.Lord w/ saga of the bear
x1 W.Lord w/ saga of the bear, m. bombs
x1 W.Lord w/ saga of the bear, m.bombs, wolftail talisman

Yes. As long as no two IC's have the exact same wargear, you are okay.

Can an IC with Saga of the Hunter confer both abilityies to the unit he joins?

I'm going to assume Saga of the Hunter gives Stealth and Outflank.

If so, he will confer Stealth. He does not confer the ability to outflank.

For your example one you are good. As long as they have different powers and no two have the same wargear your good to go. you could save yourself 10 points and go
RP LL, MH, CotS
RP LL, JotWW, Bolter
RP MH, JotWW

For your second example its wrong. No you can not have 2 ICs with the same saga. Codex PG 81 The Leaders of the Pack reads "To represent this, no two characters may bear the same saga, nor may the bear the same psychic powers or wargear combination." The only way for more than one IC to have the same saga is if they are a Special Character. You can include Logan Grimnar in the same army as another wolf lord with Saga of Majesty. I cant find the page where it says this so it may be in a FAQ or something.

Thanks guys. Even if it had been possible to dorn 2 sagas, a closer inspection put my current list to sleep when I noted the SotH cannot be used by a character on Bike (there goes my 2+ cover save ;(
