Hello everyone!

I have just purchased a good amount of Dark Eldar as well as some painting supplies. I would like some tips on painting.

I purchased a few bottles of Reaper paints, Dullcote and some black primer. Should I prime them, then paint, and then dullcote to finish?

Yeah, that's the general process you should go in. Assemble them first, unless there's some bits you really think you'll have trouble painting around; like rifles held close to their chests or whatever. After assembly, glue some basing sand onto their bases with PVA glue, then spray prime the whole model, basing and all. Paint to taste, spray on dullcote when you're done. Always test the dullcote on something else first though, since if weather's weird or you got a bad can it can mess up your minis.
