I've got a ROBB that has snow feature on it.

I'm looking for a LOCAL method of removing it. (ie nothing found in walmart. >_&gt

I've white paint spray (generic board, not model paint) a layer of PVA glue and then snow on top.

What can I do?

D you think that it'd be okay if I just paint over it?

Realm of battle board.

Sounds like a big project to do. Post up some pics of before and after, just as an informational piece.

I like how none of you even answered the question?

Yes, ROBB is realm of battle board. As far as I knew typing this it was acrnymmed already. Apologies.

How do I strip glue from it?

PVA glue can be softened and removed with warm water. Just soak each piece in the bath and it'll loosen.

Try an peel the PVA layer off. If not get the sand paper out and lightly sand down the area.
Have patience.

If you cannot remove everything at least give the surface a good key for a respray.

Repeated soakings in hot water (as hot as your hands can stand or wear gloves) & a nylon bristled scrubbing brush should do the trick. Soak, scrub & repeat as necessary.

If it's stupid & it works, it's not stupid.

I stripped mine. Had a similar setup of paint, glue, and flock. I would be VERY careful with hot water, as the tiles that make up the board will warp (as happened to two of mine). What I found worked best was getting a large bottle of simple green or rubbing alcohol and pouring it over the whole surface and then scrubbing it off with a scrub brush like you'd use on pans. Make sure the brush it has nylon bristles, or something else soft. I did the whole thing over my bath tub. It made a terrible mess of the tub, so be ready to clean that out when you're done. All told it was something of a nightmare getting it stripped, but it's do-able.
