I can begin with saying that it is easier to gain answers if you use capital letters, commas and full stops. Anyway.

I'd say that daemons are a bit easier to convert, mainly as daemons doesn't need a proper form. They could be iron bound daemons in a great armoured shell, big blobs or winged hawk-daemons. Especially tzeentchian daemons are easy to convert, because Tzeentch equals change. They can be beaked daemons or formless daemons.

Eldar is a harder task, but with the dark eldar released it has become a bit easier. I for one are planning to make an Autarch using Yriel with a kabalite warrior head.

Just note that Daemons have a very unique playing style (if you plan to play), compared to eldar, whos style are fairly similar to that of the others 40k armies.

And I can repeat:
it is easier to gain answers if you use capital letters, commas and full stops.

Hmm, maybe you could make the question more vague or general.

I have never assembled or played with daemons, so I cant speak from experience on them, but I am currently building a Eldar army. I dont know exactly what type of conversion work your interested in doing, but I can definately tell you that the Eldar range leaves little room for the converison enthusiast. All of their elite models are pewter, the guardians, while having dynamic poses, dont offer many conversion options. I would definately think that the daemons would give you more of a choice to personalize. Best of luck.
