Yes Dawn of War I

Apparently I have lost my manual with my user key... and some of the files are corrupted on my hard drive. Is there any way to do a partial reinstall? I am registered online and all that, but the readme file says... no key... no reinstall


thoughts? I get the feeling I'm screwed

I tried to get online, but I get an error that says cd authentification failed. I used to play online quite a bit. But I have no idea why this error comes up. Even still I wasn't aware you could view your key online?

I just purchased the game through steam, bought the platnium edition. It downloaded, though it shows, winter assault, dark crusade and gold edition... no platinum? Anyhow, they all crash on loading the game. Only winter assualt goes so far as to show the THQ logo (very first screen when the game starts) the other two when I click on them... I get a blank black screen for a moment then it crashes, and "windows can't identify the problem"

I know that I meet the system requirements, I played dark crusade in the past when I had my copy that worked. But... I've never used steam before. Not sure what I could possibly be doing wrong. I had winter asssault set to load up in safe configuration...

Am I missing anything?

Email steam support, they may take a week or two to get back to you but when I needed a replacement key for empire total war they were very good. Just explain your situation and I'm sure they'll provide you with a CD key (they'll ask you to send them a photocopy of the receipt which you should be able to access on your profile)
