What has that got to do with anything?
The SW have the options listed in their codex.
If they have no Ironclad (which they don't) then they can't take an Ironclad.

If it says you can take one in the codex, then you can.

If it doesnt say that you can take one, then you cant.

This is the way codexes work.

The Ironclad debuted in the SM codex, prior to the release of the SW codex.

The decision to not include the Ironclad is presumably deliberate.

If it isnt in your codex you cannot take it, unless there is a supplement such as WD saying you can. So no, SW CANNOT take Ironclads.
