got a quick one for yas ^.^ since im still new to the game please excuse me if i get anything wrong here.

But wanted to ask if say my demon prince charges an orc boyz sqaud that happens to hav a boss in and i get all 5 of my attacks throught and kill the boss with the first 3 where would the other 2 hits go onto the boyz or does they just do nothing.

Attacks allocated to an IC can only hit that IC. If you score more wounds that the IC has, the remaining wounds are wasted.

Also to note, you DP must be in Base to base with the Warboss, and must allocate it's attacks amongst the Warboss and boyz(assuming he is also in base to base with at least 1 boy).

This is all under Multiple combats, and ICs. pages 41 & 49 of the BRB Respectively.

SO to give an example:
If you have 5 attacks on the charge you COULD be gutsy and hope to kill the warboss with 3 of therm. So you decide, before rolling dice, to allocate 3 onto the warboss and 2 onto the boyz unit. Inyour case as you only attacked the warboss you "allocated" 0 onto the boyz squad.
